Theological College (TC) at Catholic University underwent a 135,000 square foot renovation to modernize its residence and to convert part of the complex to office use. During the Spring and Summer of 1998 Campus Management oversaw the renovation of the residence wing. We also completed a feasibility study for the conversion of approximately 45,000 feet to office use. The analysis included a comprehensive review of the demand for office space and preparation of both renovation and operating budgets.
Campus Management provided relocation and management services. Campus Management also supervised a series of deferred maintenance projects, including parking lot, roofing, grounds and temporary office renovations.
Following renovation in July of 1998, Campus Management took over routine management of the facility. We bill and collect all facility revenues, pay the operating expenses and oversee all aspects of facility operation. We helped TC commission the renovated residence wing and move in the first group of students.
