E&G Group is a full-service real estate developer, asset manager and consulting company with over 20 years of experience. We specialize in affordable housing, residential development, low-income housing tax credits and student housing for private and non-profit groups. We have overseen the acquisition and redevelopment of over 25 properties nationally for private investors and various non-profit clients. We currently own over 1300 units in the Washington, DC area.

Facility Management
E&G Group provides facility management for mission-based housing, cultural, educational, and religious services in a variety of communities. Our facility management company provides them with financially viable facility management outsourcing and facility planning in support of their missions. Our services include hiring and managing staff, collecting revenue, paying expenses and maintaining the physical facilities and grounds. Complementing our clients' missions is our priority.

Strategic Planning
E&G Group specializes in helping nonprofit clients with strategic planning for new building projects. Our non profit strategic planning consulting services include working with boards, staff and other constituencies to create a facility strategic plan tailored to the unique needs of the organization. Our work includes conducting buildings conditions surveys, development programming, organizational strategic plans, site selection, developing business plans, projecting operating revenue and expenses and identifying revenue streams.

Property Management
E&G Group is a full-service property management company with 20 years experience with apartment management and residential property management in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Providing professional property management services for our own buildings and other owners, we currently manage approximately 1600 apartment units. Our services include hiring and managing staff, collecting revenue, paying expenses and maintaining the physical facilities and grounds. We consistently maintain high occupancy with maximum rents.
